Our Mission is to be able to show that even though Human Resource Management is defined as “non-core business function” it can be a solution to increasing Gross Profit Margins.

History

M.A.N Labour started more than 30 years ago when each of the team members started at a very low level within organisational HR departments to the point of obtaining “heavy” Titles such as Chief HR Officer, HR Director, and Group Employee Relations Executive.

In gaining valuable people management experience and tertiary qualifications resulting in the idea of being a Chief HR/Employee Relations Officer for companies, SMME’S and individuals.

Vision

From paying a salary to arguing a fair sanction of dismissal should allow for a profitable company and a also a dignified employee/person.
